The construction of a modern approximately 65,000 SF warehouse after the demolition of an approximately 39,000 SF office/flex that has sat vacant for in whole or part for over eight years.  AIDA incentives are sought to offset the costs of demolition and preparation for a new product that is much more marketable and in demand with low regional vacancy rates.
