Adaptive Reuse of an underutilized and vacant 11,200 SF office building to commercial use. The project represents the first phase of a redevelopment of the entire area coined "Brewery Hill" and catalyze redevelopment of a building at 34 West Spring Street that is not part of this application. Applicant is requesting the 10-year PILOT to support the investment and the AIDA Board is considering the request with the stipulation that if the Phase 2 doesn't begin by Year 6, then the PILOT is terminated after 5-years.
